Returns Policy

15-Day Easy Returns/Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt.

Am I allowed to return or exchange the order?

You can return or exchange within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

If you want to replace the goods quickly, you can send back the next new order at the same time. We will refund the old one after we receive it.

What is your return and exchange policy?

1.You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you. If it is not, you can certainly reach out to us within 15 days of receipt.

2.If there is a problem with the product itself and you need to return or exchange it, we will cover the shipping costs. However, if it is a return or exchange without any valid reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees to our Hourocky warehouse.

3.If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately to make the necessary changes before we ship the item.

Shipping

What's your shipping rate?

We currently only international shipments to The United States are available. We provide free standard shipping over $99 orders. The delivery of the order will take 8-20 business days to arrive.

If your order is less than $99, you can choose to pay $18 for standard shipping (8-20 days to arrive); or to pay $36 for expedited shipping (5-8 days to arrive).

Attention: Due to the COVID-19,The shipment may be delayed in arrival.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.
